PDF tools

Below you will find a collection of documents (studies, activities, worksheets, assessment tools, etc)  helpful in understanding and using Morita School approaches.

The tools are organized in a way we have found helpful for intervention planning. In truth, the categories are are arbitrary. Most of these tools can be adapted to illustrate a variety of concepts depending on how they are used.

We are constantly discovering, developing, and testing new tools. The tools you find here are those our clients responded to. If you have suggestions about tools you would like to see here, we would love to hear from you.

The tool is not the therapy. The only measure of true progress is a persons ability to take actions in the service of living the life they want to be living. These tools are only useful to the degree that they help to serve that purpose.
